About me

After an extensive career in Health and Social Care Management roles I decided in 2021 to re train as a Internationally accredited Coach. This, coupled with my experience in turning services around and my business and marketing background led me to form ALW Care and Management Consultancy.

Now I get to share my skills with others, to help build and deliver their own care services that deliver great outcomes. 

Some of my projects since running my own business have included; supporting others to set up their own services from scratch, creating induction packages, increasing occupancy/clients in existing services. Mock inspections, External auditing and Supervision, coaching and mentoring for new and existing managers.

I have Public Liability Insurance and Professional Indemnity Insurance and am registered with the ICO (Copies of all can be viewed upon request)
